Peak Season
Memorial Day weekend thru October
Sunday thru Thursday – $190 per night
Friday and Saturday – $215 per night
Weekly (7 nights) – $1100
Off Season
November to Memorial Day weekend
Sunday thru Thursday –
$175 per night
Friday and Saturday – $200 per night
Weekly (7 nights) – $950
POLICIES
Minimum booking — All stays are two nights minimum
Rates are for up to six people (maximum occupancy). A $35 nonrefundable reservation fee and taxes will be added to all reservations. Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.
Deposits — 50% of total cost plus the reservation fee are due at time of reservation with the remainder due 1 month prior to stay. We bill thru Paypal You need not have a Paypal account.
Cancellations — We will refund the deposit less the reservation fee if the reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to the stay, Late cancellations will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be not be refunded unless cabin is re-rented.
NO PETS
No smoking inside the cabin.
